1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 onion , finely minced
2 garlic cloves , finely minced
1 cup warm water
1 dash cayenne pepper ( to taste )
1/4 cup white wine ( Pinot Grigio or similar )
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F/190C
2.Take a rectangular baking tray and put thinly sliced chicken breasts, onion, garlic, chicken bouillon cube, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon zest and cracked black pepper in it
3.Add warm water, white wine and olive oil to the chicken
4.Bake it for around 25-30 minutes until chicken is properly cooked
5.When it's ready, take out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
6.Serve the Tuscan Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast chilled on a bed of greens and enjoy!
