1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 veal cutlets , pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1/2 cup chopped thinly sliced prosciutto
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1/3 cup dry marsala
1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup butter , cut into small pieces

Instructions

1.Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

3.In a large skillet, cook veal in oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
4.In the same skillet, sauté prosciutto and sage until crisp; remove and set aside. Deglaze skillet with Marsala. Add broth; bring to a boil. Cook until liquid is reduced by half. Reduce heat; add butter, whisking until sauce is creamy.
5.Serve veal over spaghetti; top with prosciutto mixture and sauce.
