Ingredients

1 red onion , peeled and finely diced

1 lb fresh gnocchi
8 -10 fresh basil leaves , finely chopped
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup white breadcrumb

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F/200°C

7.Pour the sauce over the gnocchi, making sure to coat everything
8.Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by white breadcrumbs
9.Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown
10.Finally, garnish with fresh, chopped basil and serve hot and bubbly!
