Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 garlic cloves , pressed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
1 jar roasted red peppers , drained , patted dry and chopped
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Unroll your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, and pat it out into a rectangle.
3.Place pizza dough on Large Bar Pan (greased with oil).
4.Combine Italian dressing and garlic in a bowl.
5.Brush the top of the dough with half of the mixture.
6.Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese over the top. Spread the red peppers and olives over cheese. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, remaining mozzarella and seasoning.
7.Drizzle the top with the remaining dressing mixture.
8.Bake for 16-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
