3 tablespoons butter
6 garlic cloves , peeled and left whole
6 scallions , finely chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup gruyere or 1/3 cup swiss cheese , grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
3 tablespoons fresh parsley , finely chopped

Instructions
