vegetable oil cooking spray
1 dash coarse salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
2.In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and coarse salt.
3.Pour milk into another shallow dish.
4.Dip chicken legs in milk and then coat them with bread crumb mixture.
5.Arrange them on a baking sheet coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
6.Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and crispy on the outside & the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
7.Serve hot and enjoy!
