16 ounces pizza dough , store bought
3 garlic cloves , minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt , coarse
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parmiggiano cheese , fresh grated
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons basil , freshly chopped
1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 lb genoa salami
1/4 lb prosciutto
1/4 lb mortadella
1/4 lb capicola
2 red bell peppers , Roasted , Seeded , Peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 lb provolone cheese
1 head romaine lettuce , washed and shredded
3 roma tomatoes , thinly sliced
1 small red onion , thinly sliced
1 cup pepperoncini pepper , pickled in jar and drained

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

7.Cut the pizza dough into wedges and arrange salami, prosciutto, mortadella, capicola, roasted red bell peppers, and provolone cheese on each wedge.
8.Drizzle the Italian dressing over the top of each wedge and sprinkle with shredded romaine lettuce, thinly sliced roma tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and pickled pepperoncini peppers.
9.Fold the pizza dough wedge over the sandwich fillings and serve immediately.
