16 lasagna sheets
3 cups Italian cheese blend
1 cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated
8 ounces pepperoni
2 jars marinara sauce
Amber's Lasagna is a classic Italian dish with a twist that adds pepperoni to the traditional recipe. This cheesy and comforting meal is perfect for weeknight dinners or large gatherings. The rich tomato-based sauce combined with the Italian cheese blend and pepperoni makes for a delicious combination of flavors. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
3.Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place 4 lasagna sheets on top of the sauce, then 1 cup of Italian cheese blend, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/3 of the pepperoni. Repeat layers two more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
4.Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle any leftover Italian cheese blend and Parmesan cheese on top.
5.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 more minutes.
