1 box jumbo pasta shells , cooked
32 ounces ricotta cheese
16 ounces mozzarella cheese , shredded
1/4 cup parsley , chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs
52 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 cup parmesan cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2.Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a large baking dish.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and eggs.
4.Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into each cooked pasta shell and place them in the baking dish.
5.Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top of the stuffed shells.
6.Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the sauce.
7.Cover with foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
