1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube ( or 1 tsp granules )
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
2/3 cup red wine ( a good cabernet ? )
1 lb thin spaghetti

Instructions

4.Add the basil, oregano, fennel seed, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, chicken bouillon, baking soda, brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Stir well.
5.Add the red wine and stir again. Reduce heat to medium low and let simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
6.Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
