Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
1 large red onion , cut into 2 inch chunks
2 red bell peppers , cored , seeded and cut in 2 inch chunks
2 green bell peppers , cored , seeded and cut in 2 inch chunks
4 hot Italian sausages
4 italian sweet sausage
1 cup canned crushed Italian plum tomato
1 1/2 cups chianti wine
1 pinch dried oregano
salt and black pepper

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat up the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.

4.Add the red and green bell peppers, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.

6.Add the canned crushed Italian plum tomatoes, chianti wine, dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
7.Cover the skillet and let cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
