4 cups water
1 head cabbage , cut into bite-size pieces
1 can tomato puree
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 cup long-grain brown rice
2 cubes beef bouillon
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2.Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
4.Add the water, cabbage, tomato puree, condensed tomato soup, brown rice, beef bouillon, salt, and pepper.
5.Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cabbage and rice are tender.
