2 slices Italian bread , broken into small pieces
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg , lightly beaten
1 lb beef mince , finely ground
6 tablespoons freshly grated grana padano cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200C or 400F
2.In a large bowl, combine bread and milk mix together well and let sit for 10 minutes.
3.Add in parsley, garlic, salt, egg, beef mince, grana padano cheese, black pepper , oregano, and mix everything together.
4.After you have mixed every ingredient, form small meatballs with the mixture.
5.Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over the top.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
