1 lb meat-filled tortellini or 1 lb cheese tortellini
1 bunch broccoli , cut into chunks
2 cups grated colby cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until the onions are translucent.

5.Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and add the broccoli to the pot during the last 3 minutes.
6.Combine the cooked tortellini and broccoli with the tomato sauce mixture in a large mixing bowl.
7.Place half of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, then top with half of the grated colby or cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining mixture and cheese.
8.Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.
9.Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the casserole is heated through.
