4 cups shellfish stock
1 cup dry white wine
1 lb crabmeat
1 lb firm white fish fillet , cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined
kosher salt
fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

2.Add the canned tomatoes, red wine vinegar, rosemary, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, fennel bulb, crushed red pepper flakes, shellfish stock, and dry white wine to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3.Add the crabmeat, white fish fillet, and shrimp to the pot. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through.
4.Season with kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Serve hot with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
