7 tablespoons parmesan cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large pot, add onions, celery, green pepper, garlic and saute for a few minutes.
2.Add the ground sirloin and pork or veal and continue cooking until browned.
3.Mix in the tomato paste, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, the button and whole mushrooms.
4.Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, allspice, oregano, sugar, parsley and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
