9 -12 pieces lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
pepperoni ( as many as you like )
2 cups cheese ( mozzarella , I use a cheddar mix )

Instructions

1.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
2.Brown ground beef over medium heat, drain excess grease, and add spaghetti sauce.
3.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
4.Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5.Arrange 3-4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
6.Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, and top with a layer of pepperoni.
7.Repeat layering meat sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, and pepperoni until all ingredients are used.
8.Top with shredded cheese.
9.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10.Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
