Ingredients

1/2 cup virgin olive oil
5 garlic cloves
1 lb beef neck bone , ribs or other , cut into chunks
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
1 lb pork , uncut
4 cans crushed tomatoes , undrained
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
4 sprigs fresh basil
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2.Add garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3.Add beef neck bone, sausage and pork to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
4.Mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken bouillon cube, beef bouillon cube, water, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and parsley to the pot.
5.Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 hours.
6.Serve over cooked spaghetti.
