3/4 cup white wine

10 green olives , pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 -4 tablespoons heavy cream ( double cream in UK )
1 lb pasta , cooked

Instructions

6.Add the lemon juice, lemon zest and heavy cream and stir well.
7.Serve the shrimp and veggies italiano over cooked pasta.
