6 artichokes
1 cup lemon juice , fresh squeezed
1 cup flour
1/4 cup olive oil
2 onions , sliced thinly
2 cups dry white wine
1 tablespoon mint leaf , chopped
1 tablespoon thyme , chopped
salt , to taste
ground black pepper , to taste

Instructions

10.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
11.Add the lamb back to the pan and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until the lamb is tender and the artichokes are cooked through.
