3 -4 bay leaves
1/4 cup oregano
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
3 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
fresh ground black pepper
2 cups red wine
parmesan cheese , block not sprinkle can
olive oil , just enough to coat your pan
salt ( I do n't usually use any ) ( optional )
1 loaf French bread
olive oil
2 garlic cloves , minced well

Instructions

1.Heat a large pot over medium heat, then add enough olive oil to coat the bottom.

4.Add the red wine and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let cook for up to an hour.

6.Cut the French bread into slices and brush with olive oil and minced garlic.
7.Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
