Instructions

2.In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese and egg.
3.Spread about 1/2 cup meat sauce mixture in the bottom of an 8-inch microwavable square dish.
4.Layer 2 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
5.Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over noodles.
6.Layer 2 more lasagna noodles over the cheese.
7.Add 1/2 of the remaining meat sauce on top of the lasagna layer.
8.Layer 2 more lasagna noodles over the meat sauce.
9.Spread another 1/3 of the cheese mixture over noodles.
10.Layer 2 more lasagna noodles over cheese.
11.Add remaining meat sauce over noodles.
12.Top with sliced mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
13.Cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes.
