Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion , minced
1 carrot , grated
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can chunk tuna in vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 lb capellini ( angel hair )
freshly grated parmesan cheese
freshly grated black pepper
Tuna Fish Sauce on Capellini is a delicious Italian dish that has a twist of canned tuna and crushed tomatoes. The sauce is made by sauteing onion and carrots in olive oil and then, adding canned tomatoes and tuna fish with some seasoning. It is then left to simmer for 10 minutes before adding the cooked angel hair pasta to the sauce. The dish is garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese and black pepper. Instructions

1.Start cooking capellini according to box instructions
2.Sauté onion and carrot in olive oil until they start to caramelize
3.Add canned crushed tomatoes and tuna fish, then leave them to simmer for 10 minutes
4.Season the sauce with chopped Italian parsley and dry basil
5.Once capellini is done, drain it and add it to the fish sauce
6.Mix it well and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and black pepper
