kosher salt

2 teaspoons lemon zest ( from 2 lemons )
1/3 cup lemon juice , freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon garlic , minced
1 tablespoon rosemary , minced
fresh ground black pepper
1 lemon , halved

Instructions

1.Pat dry the chicken and sprinkle it with kosher salt.
2.In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic and rosemary.

4.Cover and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to marinate.
