Ingredients

1 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes ( optional )
1 ounce fresh basil , chopped
1 tablespoon smooth Dijon mustard
10 ounces double cream ( or heavy cream if double cream is unavailable )
basil leaves ( to garnish )

Instructions
