3 green onions , sliced

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped onion, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, minced fennel leaves, Italian sweet sausage, and ground turkey.
2.Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce (sriracha) to the bowl, depending on your desired level of spiciness.
3.Mix the ingredients together with your hands until thoroughly combined.
4.Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5.Form the mixture into six burger patties and chill for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape during cooking.
6.Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
