Ingredients

1 rump roast
2 cups boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes

6 garlic cloves , peeled and mashed
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( Chopped )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.Using a sharp knife, make small incisions all over rump roast and insert garlic cloves into incisions.
3.In a large oven-safe pot with a lid, mix together boiling water, beef bouillon cubes, dried marjoram, thyme, oregano, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until bouillon dissolves completely.
4.Add the green bell peppers and the seasoned rump roast to the pot. Cover with the lid and place in the oven for 3-4 hours, until meat shreds easily with a fork.
5.Remove the meat from the pot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot. Mix well with the cooking liquids and peppers.
6.Layer the shredded beef onto hoagie buns.
7.Add a spoonful of the cooked peppers from the pot to each sandwich.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!
