1 package Simply Potatoes & reg ; Shredded Hash Browns
13 tablespoons basil pesto
4 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb hot Italian sausage
1 jar pasta sauce with mushrooms

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Brown sausage and drain.
3.In a large bowl mix browned sausage, Simply Potatoes ®, 9 tablespoons of pesto, and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
4.In another bowl mix remaining pesto and pasta sauce.
5.In the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish put about 1/2 the pasta sauce.
6.Add potato/pesto mixture and top with remaining pasta sauce.
7.Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
8.Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
9.Let set for a few minutes before serving.
