Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage ( I use Sage flavor )
1 can Italian-style tomato sauce
1 can cannellini beans , drained and rinsed
1 box rigatoni pasta
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup romano cheese , grated
chopped parsley , to garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

6.Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
7.Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8.Serve hot garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
