Ingredients

Crepes :
4 eggs

1 container ricotta cheese

3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs , lightly beaten
2 cups prepared marinara sauce , or as needed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese , or to taste

Instructions

1.To make the crepes, whisk together eggs and salt in a large bowl.

4.Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the prepared skillet or pan.

7.Repeat with the remaining batter to make about 16 crepes.

13.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
14.Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
