onion , sliced
roasted jalapeno , sliced
pepperoncini pepper , sliced
2 slices tomatoes
black pepper , to taste
3 dashes red wine vinegar
This Spicy Italian Sandwich is inspired by the popular sandwich chain Subway. It consists of a warm ciabatta roll filled with slices of pepperoni, salami, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, onion, roasted jalapeno, pepperoncini pepper, and tomato. You can add extra vegetables or condiments to your preference. The sandwich can be served hot or cold and is perfect for a quick lunch, picnic or road trip. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Cut the ciabatta roll in half and place on a baking sheet.
3.Layer the pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
4.Add the shredded lettuce, sliced onion, roasted jalapeno, and pepperoncini pepper on top of the meat and cheese.
5.Place the two slices of tomato on top of the vegetables and sprinkle black pepper to taste over the top.
6.Drizzle three dashes of red wine vinegar over the sandwich.
7.Place both halves of the ciabatta roll into the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
8.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
