Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
250 g mascarpone or 250 g cream cheese
1 liter Cool Whip ( large container )
1 1/2 cups strong coffee ( or 6 espresso 's )
1 ounce Kahlua ( to taste , can also use Bailey 's or Amaretto )
1 package savoiardi lady finger cookies
unsweetened cocoa

Instructions

1.In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and creamy.
2.Gradually add in mascarpone cheese and mix until well combined.
3.Fold in the Cool Whip gently and set aside.
4.Mix the coffee and Kahlua together and dip the ladyfinger cookies in it.
5.Layer the soaked cookies in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
6.Spread half of the whipped mixture over the cookies.
7.Layer more soaked cookies on top and add the rest of the whipped mixture.
8.Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) before serving.
