Ingredients

2 lbs eggplants
olive oil

1 jar garden vegetable spaghetti sauce ( Barilla )
1 can Contadina tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
This Grilled (Then Baked) Eggplant Parmesan recipe is a healthier and delicious take on the classic Italian dish. Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
