3 3 cups meat stock or 3 cups vegetable stock
1 1/2 cups peas ( fresh or frozen )
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil and unsalted butter in a pot. Add shallots and celery; sauté until soft.

5.Close the lid and set the time to 5-10 minutes. Once done, stir in the unsalted butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.
