3 teaspoons olive oil ( separated )
1 cup onion , chopped
12 garlic cloves , sliced ( separated )
1 cup fresh basil , chopped ( separated )
6 large tomatoes , chopped ( about 5 cups )

1/2 cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated

24 wonton wrappers ( square )
flour , for dusting

Instructions

1.Place a large pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil.

12.Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface and sprinkle with flour.
13.Spoon a small amount of the cheese and spinach mixture onto each wrapper.
14.Brush the edges of the wrapper with the olive oil mixture and fold it into a triangle shape.
15.Press the edges of the wrapper together with a fork.
16.Place the tortelloni in the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface.
17.In a separate skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat.
18.Add the tomato sauce to the skillet.
19.Add the cooked tortelloni to the skillet and toss until well coated with sauce.
