Ingredients

2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon fast rising yeast or 1 teaspoon instant yeast

2 tablespoons olive oil , plus extra for the bowl
1 cup warm water

1/2 cup jarred roasted red pepper , rinsed , patted dry and sliced thin
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , grated
1 large egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
kosher salt ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil and water, knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and soft. Coat it with olive oil.

5.Arrange salami, capicola, provolone cheese and roasted red pepper on top and keep a one inch border on all sides.
6.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
7.Fold in the sides of the dough and stretch gently to enclose the filling.
8.Pinch together the edges carefully.
9.Brush the top with the egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds and kosher salt if using.
10.Bake for 30-35 mins until golden, let it rest for 5-10 mins before slicing it and serving.
