Ingredients

1 chicken breast
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 yellow onion
1 bunch green onion
4 -5 mixed mushrooms
handful basil ( up to you the amount but more is always good in my opinion )
1 can diced tomatoes ( flavored is best )
1/2 cup pasta sauce ( your favorite )
parmesan cheese or feta , if you want
garlic salt
pepper

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and season it with garlic salt and pepper.

4.Add the cauliflower, onions and mushrooms. Cook for 5 more minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
5.Pour in the diced tomatoes and pasta sauce. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
6.Mix in the chopped fresh basil and cheese (optional).
7.Serve hot with your favorite pasta or on top of zucchini noodles.
