2 lbs spinach , cooked
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 lb cream cheese , softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese , grated
1 dash nutmeg
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
1 lb lasagna noodle
16 ounces tomato sauce ( with basil )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2.Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes
3.In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spinach, ricotta cheese, cream cheese, garlic salt, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and nutmeg. Mix well
4.Spread 1/4 cup tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish

6.Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the sausage and 1/3 of the remaining tomato sauce
7.Repeat layers twice ending with a final layer of lasagna noodles on top
8.Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 45-50 minutes until cheese is melted and the lasagna is heated through
