Instructions

7.Add scallops to pan, and cook until golden brown and just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
8.In a large bowl, toss hot pasta with pesto and 1/8 teaspoon fresh-ground pepper.
9.Top with scallops and a sprig of parsley (optional).
