1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 box manicotti pasta , uncooked
2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 chopped tomato
1/3 cup basil pesto

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Spread half of the alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.In a large skillet, bring water, garlic powder, and chicken to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
4.Preheat oven to 400F.
5.Cut cooked chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
6.Cook manicotti pasta according to instructions on the box, then drain and rinse.
7.Stuff manicotti shells with chicken mixture.
8.Pour remaining alfredo sauce over the stuffed manicotti.
9.Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and hot.
10.Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
11.Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
12.Bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
13.Garnish with chopped tomato and basil pesto and serve.
