3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 container marinara sauce
8 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded divided
1/3 cup hot water

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a small bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and garlic cloves. Set aside.
3.Cook the turkey sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
4.Add the pumpkin puree, white wine, chicken broth, and marinara sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook until the mixture is heated through and the flavors are well blended.
5.In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spoon a layer of the sausage mixture onto the bottom of the dish. Arrange lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spoon a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
6.Pour the 1/3 cup of hot water around the inside edges of the baking dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
