3 cans san marzano tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine
1 whole bulb of garlic , minced
2 medium onions , diced
1 cup freshly chopped parsley
2 beef bones with marrow

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy pot over medium heat.
2.Add the onions and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.
3.Add the beef bones, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, dried herbs, salt, pepper, sugar, and dried red pepper and wine, and stir.
4.Bring the mixture to a simmer and lower heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally.
5.Simmer the sauce for at least two hours, stirring occasionally.
6.Remove the beef bones from the meat sauce and discard them.
7.Add the freshly chopped parsley to the pot and stir thoroughly before serving.
