3 handfulls chifferi rigati pasta

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine minced beef, dark soy sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.

3.Increase heat to high, then add the marinated beef and cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes.

5.Reduce heat to medium, then add halved button mushrooms. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.In a separate pot, cook the chifferi rigati pasta in boiling salted water for about 10-12 minutes (or until tender). Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
7.Add the beef and mushroom sauce to the bowl of cooked pasta. Toss well until the pasta is coated with the sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
