8.Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
9.Take out the refrigerated dough and divide each dough into 2 pieces.
10.Flatten each piece with a rolling pin, to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
11.With a pasta machine, roll out each piece of dough until it is thin enough to be cut.
12.Cut the pasta sheets into desired shapes, such as fettuccine, linguine, or use a pasta machine.
13.Boil a large pot of salted water.
14.Cook the pasta for about 2-3 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pasta.
15.Drain the pasta and serve with your choice of sauce or toppings.
