1 cup grated romano cheese or 1 cup parmesan cheese
3 eggs , divided
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 package frozen chopped spinach , thawed and drained
26 ounces spaghetti sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook vermicelli according to package; drain and set aside.

4.In a small bowl, combine Romano/parmesan cheese with 2 eggs and set aside.
5.In a large bowl, beat ricotta cheese with remaining egg until smooth. Add in the spinach and mix well.

7.Spread the cheese mixture over top of the vermicelli layer, followed by the sautéed onion and garlic, and then the spaghetti sauce.

9.Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
