Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 -4 sage leaves
4 sun-dried tomatoes , finely chopped
4 slices parma ham
3/4 cup white wine
3 -4 tablespoons creme fraiche
Parma-Wrapped Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend gathering. The dish consists of tender chicken breasts wrapped in savory Parma ham, flavored with sun-dried tomatoes and sage. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
2.Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet, season with salt and pepper and top each with 2 sage leaves and 2 chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Place the sliced ham on top and wrap the chicken in the ham.
3.Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the wrapped chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until skin is crispy and golden brown.
4.Transfer the chicken onto a baking dish. Pour the wine into the pan and scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen any bits - let the wine bubble and reduce for a few minutes.
5.Add 3-4 tablespoons of crème fraîche to the pan and stir well to combine. Pour the sauce over chicken breasts and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
