2 packages sliced mushrooms
1 lb ground turkey , Italian seasoned
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper , to taste
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 pasta ( I like bow-tie , but use what you enjoy ! )

Instructions

1.Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or pot.

4.Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
5.Add the whole tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet, breaking up the whole tomatoes into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon.
6.Season the sauce with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
7.Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let the sauce cook for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
8.Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
