Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook manicotti shells in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
3.While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
