Ingredients

1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes , cut up , with their juice
1/4 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley , chopped
8 fresh basil leaves , chopped
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 lbs pasta , cooked
1 tablespoon butter
freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese , at the table

Instructions
