Ingredients

1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 large onion , chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach , thawed and well drained
1 package cream cheese , softened
1 egg , beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
20 jumbo pasta shells , cooked and drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

5.Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
